ASTA Supports Centrepoint

Centrepoint is the leading charity for homeless young people.
Every day we provide housing, life skills training, work placements and support to over 700 young people, giving them the foundation to start tackling the issues that led to them becoming homeless and to develop the skills they need for a brighter future.

Finding a Reputable Ticket Agent

The members of ASTA are all required to conform to a Code of Practice which ensures that consumers are not mislead, missold or otherwise defrauded when purchasing tickets.

We recommend that, when buying tickets from a secondary ticket agent, you ensure they are members of ASTA before making any purchase.

To help you identify an ASTA member, look for the ASTA seal on their website which you can click to validate. Alternatively, search the database of members to verify their ASTA membership.

How to Identify a Fraudulant Ticket Agent Website

1. Are they offering tickets for events which have not gone on sale from the primary sources yet? If yes, avoid!

2. Does the website have a UK landline contact telephone number and address? If so, verify them first! If not, avoid!

3. Do a search using google or otherwise to find out reviews of the company from other customers.  Avoid those with bad reviews!

If in doubt do not buy!
Use an ASTA member for complete peace of mind.
