The Credit Card Guarantee
This advice is given without warranty of any kind. You may find it useful and we provide this information as a guideline.
Not everything as recourse is outlined but we hope that you may find this useful.
Any Credit Card Purchase is covered by the Credit Card guarantee online as long as that transaction has a value of more than £100. So this means if you bought tickets to the value of £95 and you paid £5 postage the transaction is £100 or more so you are covered. You can initiate a chargeback by contacting your bank under the “goods not received” rule.
Some Banks, notably the Lloyds TSB provide their customers with a VISA Debit Card. Some banks do not honour a chargeback if the customer has paid by Debit Card. The Debit Cards issued by VISA however are covered by the Credit Card guarantee and you may wish to refer your Bank to this article on the BBC website:

Any other type of transaction to purchase any goods by any other means is not covered by any warranty to the best of our knowledge but we are anxious to hear of any other recourse consumers may have.
There is one exception to all of this and that is Fraud. If you have paid for any goods or service through your bank by any means, Debit Card, Bank Transfer or such like, you are entitled to reclaim your money.
