Welcome to ASTA UK - the website of the Association of
Secondary Ticket Agents.
ASTA is a not for profit Regulatory Body of the Secondary Ticket Industry. Our Code of Practice has become the benchmark in the Industry and is a living document. It is constantly reviewed and we welcome any contributions from any Official Body. We invite scrutiny and through positive contributions we have become the voice of Ticket Brokers throughout Europe. Many Banks, Financial Institutions and Merchants look to the Association for clarification of purpose before becoming involved in this Industry.
Each members terms and conditions work from the ASTA model and they have been submitted for approval to the Plain English campaign.
Code of Practice
ASTA members are required to follow a Code of Practice outlined HERE and this Code of Practice is outlined above.
We promote transparency in the Industry and we work closely with various Government Agencies to ensure our members follow the latest requirements of both UK and European Consumer Law.
