Welcome to ASTA UK - the website of the Association of
Secondary Ticket Agents.
ASTA is the Regulatory Body of the Secondary Ticket Industry.
Our Code of Practice has been submitted to the Office of Fair
Trading for it's approval and as a part of that process all of
the Members of this Association are required to enter into a
contract thus demonstrating that Organisations commitment to
clarity.
Each members terms and conditions work from the ASTA model and they have been submitted for approval to the Plain English campaign.
Code of Practice
ASTA members are required to follow a Code of Practice outlined HERE and this Code of Practice has been submitted to the the Office of Fair Trading along with our Consumer Codes Approval scheme application.
We promote transparency in the Industry and we work closely with various Government Agencies to ensure our members follow the latest requirements of both UK and European Consumer Law.
