there are unscrupulous operators out there. If in doubt, look for
the ASTA or STAR logos on the website. ASTA is the Association of
Secondary Ticket Agents (www.asta-uk.org), whose members subscribe to
a "code of ethics" which includes a promise of a refund"

The Government will be answering questions in the House of Commons on April the 24th 2008 with regard to legislation and Code of Practice within the Industry. ASTA is pleased to have been consulted during this process.
